Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered. Rust & Ruffles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office to initiate a missing mail search.
Returns: Returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery date will be eligible for store credit.
Return requirements:
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and arranging return delivery
- Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odors
- All original tags must be attached at time of return
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer
