• Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days*.
• **** In some cases we are experiencing some delay in shipping, please know that your order is very important to us and we will ship your item as quickly as possible! All orders will be shipped out within 7 business days.****

Returns:

We hope that you love everything you received. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. All sale, last chance/clearance items or discounted items are final sale, and are not eligible for return. The following items are always final sale: Jewelry, accessories, gifts, and sale/clearance items.

Returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery date will be eligible for refund to the customer's original form of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the refund amount.  To initiate a return claim, please email us at info@rustandruffles.boutique with your order number and description of the item(s) you wish to return. Rust & Ruffles is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
